[Studies on DNase I activity and its heat-labile inhibitor in systemic lupus erythematosus].

概要 航DNA抗 体はSLEに 最 も特異的な 自己抗体 であるが,そ の産生機序は不明である.抗 体の 産生に抗原処理機能が重要 であ る点に注 目し, SLEにDNA代 謝異常の存在を想定 した.そ の点を 証 明す るためにご血清DNase I 活性 とその易熱性抑制因子を測定 し, SLEの 活動性,抗DNA抗 体価 との関連 を検討 した.さ らに他の膠原病 な どの炎症性疾患 と比較 した.
