概要 航DNA抗 体はSLEに 最 も特異的な 自己抗体 であるが,そ の産生機序は不明である.抗 体の 産生に抗原処理機能が重要 であ る点に注 目し, SLEにDNA代 謝異常の存在を想定 した.そ の点を 証 明す るためにご血清DNase I 活性 とその易熱性抑制因子を測定 し, SLEの 活動性,抗DNA抗 体価 との関連 を検討 した.さ らに他の膠原病 な どの炎症性疾患 と比較 した. SLEのDNA分 解能は抗D NA抗 体価 が高い活動期に低 く,症 状 の軽快 とともにいつたん高 くな り,非 活動期 で再び低下 した. 長期 間続 いた 非 活動期 にもDNase抑 制因子 は高値を維持 した.活 動性PSS, RAで はDNase抑 制因 子は高かつ たが, DNA分 解能は活動性 と一定 の傾 向がな く,感 染症 などの炎症疾患では炎症時にの み抑制 ...
